My Meatball Recipe!

* 3 lbs 20/80 ground beef (you can add ground pork and veal too.)

* 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic.

* Chopped fresh parsley & basil.

* Salt, pepper, garlic powder.

* 2 eggs.

* 1 cup of parmesan cheese.

* 2 cups of breadcrumbs (more if you prefer.)

* Mold into big or small meatballs.

* Fry them into a shallow amount of olive oil until they brown—they don’t have to cook all the way! They’ll be cooking in the sauce.

* Throw them into the sauce and 2-3 hrs later — ENJOY!!! 🍝
