BPD: 7 dead after driver intentionally runs over them in front of migrant shelter

Valley Central, Texas, Texas According to reports from Sunday morning in Brownsville, seven individuals were killed when a car apparently ran them over on purpose. The incident occurred about 8:30 in the morning in front of the Ozanam Centre, a refuge for migrants and the destitute, at the intersection of Minnesota Road and North Bernal Road.

Lt. Martin Sandoval reported seven fatalities at the site and another four to six transported to local hospitals.
