Written by Brian May, "Tie Your Mother Down" was clearly one of his favorites as he included it in almost all Queen shows including the reunited Queen tours.

When Brian May and Roger Taylor make guest appearances for other bands this is the go-to song they usually play which they have done on numerous occasions with the Foo Fighters.

Queen would often use explosions when playing the song live and during the video shoot Roger Taylor was apparently blown off his stool but unharmed when an explosion accidentally went off.
