Halflives, Phenomenal Alternative Rock Band - Artist Spotlight Paris, France, Halflives!

Today, Brian shines the spotlight on an amazing up and coming rock band based out of Paris, France, Halflives! Led by the beautiful voice of frontwoman Linda Battilani, Halflives has a unique, enchanting sound that can have you dancing one moment, and then bring you to tears the next. Joining Linda to form Halflives are bassist Oscar Scantamburlo and drummer Fede Bernardi.

As an independent act, @wehavehalflives has released two EPs, Empty Rooms (2017) and Resilience (2020). Among their fantastic original songs are "Echo", Burn", "Rockstar Everyday", and Brian's personal favorite "Fugitive". In addition to their original creations, Halflives has also performed a number of outstanding covers, with Brian's top choices being 30 Seconds to Mars' "This is War" and an absolutely stunningly haunting version of My Chemical Romance's "Welcome to the Black Parade". With their mix of ridiculously catchy songs, superb instrumentation, breathtaking vocals, and an energetic live show, Halflives is building a devoted fanbase not only across the European continent, but here in the US and around the world! They are currently working on more new music, so keep your eyes and ears open for that!

Halflives is an alternative rock band originally from Modena, Italy but now based in Paris, France. After releasing their debut 8-track record "Empty Rooms" in 2017, they toured Europe and the UK supporting Courage My Love. In 2018 they headlined several tours in mainland Europe and the UK and released two standalone singles "Crown" and "Fugitive". Early in 2019 they toured in the UK supporting The Faim and Chapel and appeared at Rock for People. In 2020 they released their EP "Resilience",[4][5] including the single "Time Bomb" featuring Kellin Quinn from Sleeping with Sirens.[6][7] They toured Europe early 2020 with Icon for Hire and released their single "Villain" in November of that year. Their next EP "V" came out on July 2nd 2021 and includes the singles "Victim", "Vibe", "Valkyrie" and "Villain".
