Here are the ingredients that you will need:
6 sheets of phyllo dough (fresh or thawed)
3/4 cup of cooked rice (arborio or long-grain)
3 large fresh eggs
1-1/2 cups of powdered (confectioners') sugar
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice (or orange zest)
15 ounces of whole milk ricotta cheese
8 tablespoons of unsalted butter
