Poway Life Time Fitness project threatening democracy.

The voters in Poway voted to approve The Farm project with a very specific plan. Now the leader of the project, Kevin McNamara, wants to change the plan after promising there would be no changes. Many feel this is a violation of the vote of the people. Many others, like myself, don't think the voters should have authority over any of this in the first place.
