In this week's episode, we are joined by inspirational and courageous survivor, blogger, content creator, and voice for the voiceless, Anteres. When I was introduced to Anteres, I was absolutely blown away by the wisdom he embodies and how eloquent he speaks at his young age of just 26. Anteres is a survivor of generational pedophilia perpetuated by his father, child sexual abuse, and deep emotional trauma. In this episode, we tell his story, discuss his online platforms aimed at bringing awareness to child abuse and mental health, grooming, why more men need to stand up, and so much more.

Anteres is a brilliant story-teller and I'm sure you will receive as many downloads and 'aha moments' that I did while listening. One in every six men will go through abuse and it's important to hear these stories from the perspective of our men and break the stigmas around abuse. The suicide rate is much higher in male survivors and part of that statistic stems from how society has demonized men as 'weak' for being vulnerable. My hope is that strong men like Anteres will help shatter this illusion and allow the freedom for male survivors everywhere to be accepted into society by redefining what it means to be 'weak'. Because one thing is for certain - survivors are the most resilient, brave, and inspirational humans on the planet. Anteres also created a blog where he shares all his experiences in his own words and offers guidance and resources to survivors who are on their own healing journey. You will want to check out what he's doing - trust me.

Share Anteres story, connect with him, and help us get his story out there for others to see and hear!
