What's the best form of cardio? Is it LISS Cardio, HIIT Cardio? It depends! If you are focused on losing weight, the slower the cardio, the better and I will explain to you exactly why! But on the other hand, if you want to boost your physical performance, faster, harder cardio is better and I will go over that too!

In the end, training is a tool and your success is built upon how you use these tools to your advantage. Use the right tool for the job and save the others for another time! You never know when your priorities will change!
