Spicy Amritsari Chicken curry is a mouth-watering and flavorful dish that originates from the city of Amritsar in the Indian state of Punjab. Here's a delicious recipe for making this classic chicken curry at home:

Ingredients:

500 grams of boneless chicken
2 onions, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, pureed
2 teaspoons of ginger paste
2 teaspoons of garlic paste
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
2-3 dried red chilies
1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of red chili powder
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
Coriander leaves, for garnishing
Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds. Fry them for a few seconds until they release their aroma.

Add the dried red chilies, chopped onions, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Saute the mixture until the onions turn golden brown.

Add the pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the boneless chicken and mix well. Cover the pan and let it cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Add the garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
