Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov addressed the press Sunday following the 17th East Asia Summit in Cambodia.

His main points:

Inclusive, open, equal structure of security and cooperation in ASEAN.
Europe and NATO want to militarize the region to contain the interests of Russia and China in the Indo-Pacific region
