500g boneless chicken
2 onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and fry until they turn translucent.

Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for another minute.

Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and pulpy.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder, and mix well.

Add the boneless chicken pieces and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is slightly browned.

Add 1/2 cup of water, mix well, and cover the pan with a lid.

Cook for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the gravy thickens.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
