Below, I will have the recipe for my bread and links to the different products that I showed you.

My Sourdough Sandwich Bread

2 cups starter
2 cups warm milk, whole or 2% or water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon salt,
4 cups whole wheat, flour,
3 cups white bread, flour, give or take

In a mixer or a large bowl, whisk the starter, milk, honey, and oil, together.
Add salt and flowers and mix well.
Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let rest for 40 minutes to an hour.
After the dough has rested, gently work it into a semi smooth ball. The dough should feel supple and smooth when it comes together.

Cover the bowl again and let rise at room temperature until double in size. About 5 to 8 hours.

Remove the dough onto a slightly oiled, or flowered work surface. Gently dimple the surface with your fingertips to release any large air bubbles. Roll the dough into a log, tucking the ends underneath.
This recipe should make three nice loaves.

Cup the dough and pull it toward you to tighten its shape. Place into greased loaf pans, seam side down.
cover those again and let rest until it has risen about 1 inch above the rim of pan. It can take anywhere from one and a half hours to three hours, depending on temperature.

Preheat your oven to 375°.

Bake the dough on the center rack for 40 to 45 minutes. When finished remove the loaf from the oven and brush the crust with melted butter. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then transfer the loaf to wire rack or cutting board.
Cool before slicing.
This loaf is best consumed within one to two days, stored in a plastic bag at room temperature.
