Whether you are a seasoned 'faster' or just getting into it, there are many reasons to fast and there is always something for us to learn. In this video I take you through an explanation of why fasting is good for burning fat. We'll start off with Autophagy, and from there go into how it applies to your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT).
