THIS is the shocking moment a fist fight erupted when a Russian MP tore down a Ukrainian flag at a conference in Turkey.

Punches were thrown at the diplomatic conference in Ankara yesterday after the unnamed man ripped the flag from a Ukrainian MP.

Oleksandr Marikovsky was holding the flag and preparing to have his photo taken before it was torn from his hands, NOEL reports.

The Russian delegate is seen moving away while clutching the flag before a fist fight ensues.
