Thirty-year-old Jordan Neely was a talented Michael Jackson impersonator who performed on the New York City subway and in Times Square. When he boarded a subway train, he was not putting on a performance. Witnesses say he was hostile and threw garbage at them. A train passenger filmed a 24-year-old former U.S. Marine put Neely in a chokehold for reportedly 15 minutes. The chokehold later killed him. Now, there are calls for the Marine veteran to be charged with Neely's death.
