Another Switch heavy episode this time around thanks to SX Core and SX Lite units now getting into the hands of testers! Although it isn't all positive news on this front for anyone awaiting a device. Two new lawsuits have targeted a total of 9 reseller sites, all due to selling SX OS and any hardware related to it. With several sites previously offering preorders now shutting down, it looks like this might be a difficult purchase in the near future. We also take a further look at the much talked about Gears of War 3 build for PS3 which surfaced in the form of a full playthrough! And yet another Xbox Live 1.0 revival project?!
