GC Loader is an optical drive emulator (ODE) for the GameCube, allowing you to boot homebrew and games directly from a SD card. Existing solutions allow you to do the same thing such as the SD Gecko or SD2SP2, but what makes the GC Loader special? Utilizing the DVD drive's interface allows for the fastest loading speeds in-game, reduces issues that other solutions might introduce, and has full audio streaming support!

As the GC Loader has been succeeded by the GC Loader PNP, I still wanted to showcase an overview of the installation for anyone who might be curious. However for anyone who might want assistance, this video features a full tutorial on how to setup your SD card properly and how to update the GC Loader's firmware!
