LEADERS OWN THINGS LIKE PRIVATE PROPERTY, BUSINESS, THE MEANS OF PRODUCTION AND THEIR MISTAKES

“When it’s really yours, you take care of it. You are worried about the condition of it, the well being and the future. It matters not if it is a toy, a pet, a business or a lawn tool. If it’s yours, you have more concern for the condition and sustainability. When governments abscond with private possessions, businesses and the means of production, they not only disincentivize those who have demonstrated the willingness to rise above and lead, they also do not care for or tend to the needs of whatever they expropriate because they know its not theirs and confiscation is not the same as investment. If you have built something, you are a leader. Guard it and the goodness it brings to society. We need you and more like you.” J Loren Norris
