Matt Gaetz: "Duty To Retreat" Should Be Extinguished Nationwide!

Chances are if you live in a blue state, you have a legal duty to retreat when someone tries to commit a forcible felony against you.
This law is crazy and should be extinguished nationwide. That is the goal of my Stand Your Ground Act.
