Mutton Masala Curry, also known as Mutton Korma Masala, is a delicious Indian dish that is rich in flavor and spices. Here's a recipe that you can follow to make it at home:

Ingredients:

1 kg mutton (cut into pieces)
2 onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp oil
Water as required
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:

In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

Add mutton pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until they start to brown.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.

Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the mutton is cooked and tender.

Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
