St. Dymphna, patroness of those who suffer from emotional and mental illness, I come before you today with a heavy heart. I ask for your intercession and healing for all those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

You understand the pain and suffering that comes with these conditions, and you have the power to help us find hope, peace, and healing. Please pray for us to our loving God, who is the source of all comfort and healing.

St. Dymphna, please help us to overcome the stigma and shame that often accompanies mental illness. Help us to find support and understanding from our family and friends, and help us to receive the medical care and treatment we need to heal.
