"𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲."

…..said absolutely NO ONE except the voice in my head.

I used to sit on the sidelines. I used to wrap myself in a towel and watch everyone else swimming and having fun.

When I became a Mama my body changed a lot.

6 pregnancies in 4 years and 3 healthy babies born.

When I became a Mama, I made myself a promise:
𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲.

And I haven’t!

In Mexico, I may have not looked how I wanted, but I wore the bathing suit anyway.

I’m learning to love the space that I am in.

I’m learning to appreciate my body.

I’m learning to honor this season.

When my boys look back at their childhood, I want them to see their Mama IN the photos. I want them to remember that I was present. I want them to remember that I was always there.

If you're feeling hesitant about going swimming with your baby because of how you look, I want to remind you that you are beautiful and deserving of these magical moments. I don’t care how old your kids are. Don’t miss out.

I know that society can place a lot of pressure on us to look a certain way, but the truth is that there is no "perfect" body type. We come in all shapes and sizes, and that's something to be celebrated and treasured.

Our family & friends love us just the way we are, and they want nothing more than to spend time with us and make memories together.

Confidence comes from within, and the more we embrace and love ourselves, the more we will radiate that energy to others.

So put on that swimsuit and rock it with pride, mama!

You deserve to feel empowered and confident in your own skin.

And so do I.

Let's show our kids that true beauty comes from within.

We got this! 🙌🏻
