Chastity Pugh was forced into the foster care system at the tender age of 9 years old. She was a ward of the state of Georgia, placed in youth homes, and eventually turned to theft and was subsequently placed in a juvenile detention center in South Dakota. At 17 years old, Chastity found herself pregnant with nothing and nowhere to go. Tonight she will tell her story of a system that has failed.
