Wagner chief vows to pull forces from Bakhmut

Russia's Wagner mercenary chief says his forces are about to pull out of Bakhmut, lambasting Moscow's defense establishment for supplying too little ammunition and causing heavy losses. But Ukraine says that's a maneuver, and Wagner is redeploying forces to seize the before Russia celebrates Victory Day. Lucy Fielder has more.
