Instead, he believes that realtors should focus on farming the other 99 out of 100 people that aren't ready to list right now.
The secret to Caleb's success is his ability to focus on a small subset of intentional choices of homes and consistently reach out to potential clients. He creates a personal connection with them to establish himself as an expert in the market. In fact, Caleb emphasizes the importance of providing a personalized and caring approach to potential buyers, just like a car salesperson who follows up with a customer even after they have already purchased a car.
