Addiction is one of the toughest illnesses to battle. Mainly because people do not have a full understanding of what addiction is. You cannot control it, you lose yourself, you are depressed, anxious, feel out of control of your entire life. It is a cancer of the mind. BUT there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed of. Your life is the most important thing. What people think of you does not matter. It matters what you think of yourself. Love yourself, respect your body, it is a one in a trillion chance that you even are even on this earth today in the first place. I dedicate this song to anyone battling any sort of addiction. Please know you are not alone. And getting help is a powerful thing. Some of the strongest people in my life have overcome addiction. The comeback is always great than the setback.
