Gavin Newsom shouldn’t get to decide which businesses survive. Neither should Congress

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has shown America that he is about ideology before the citizens. The application of AB 5 in California made it harder for citizens to make a living. Worse, it made it near impossible for these American citizens to engage their rights under the US Constitution.
