rRootage Stage 1C 1CC PSY mode

rRootage is some odd amalgamation of Ikaruga, Guwange, and Psyvariar by Kenta Cho, copyrights to Treasure and Cave. The game also has an RNG generator so that the fights don't get repetitive.
Unfortunately, PSY mode doesn't have manual rotation, so I have to use Button 2 for that.
