Week 2 Pantry Challenge

Hello Friends! I am doing my best to stay on track and get inside my pantry and use up some of these foods! You know, those impulse buys, big sales, and random items you have lying around. Let's get them used up! This week I am trying a new squash that was gifted to me almost 2 months ago... and getting some meat out of our freezer, and cleaning out some cheeses from the fridge. Using up some nuts I had gotten on sale, and of course using up the fresh milk and eggs that I gather each day! I'm so glad that you are here to encourage me as I hopefully encourage you to do some more home cooking, and cut down on that food waste!

Ohhh.... I forgot... the squash that I used... I BELIEVE... was a "Sweet Dumpling". I will try this again sometime if the opportunity arrises... I don't think I properly cooked it to be fair!
