Ingredients:

Filling
• 500ml of milk
• 40g cornstarch
• 2 egg yolks passed through a sieve
• 90g of sugar
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk

Dough:
• 3 eggs
• 60g natural yogurt
• 40ml of milk
• 120g refined sugar
• 90ml of oil
• 280g wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

Method:

Start with the filling:
In a pan put the milk. the cornstarch, the egg yolks, the sugar and the powdered milk, mix it all and bring it to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk or a spoon.

Leave in a container and cover with plastic to cool outside the fridge.

Now for the dough:
Put the eggs in the blender. the milk, the oil, the refined sugar and the natural yogurt and beat to incorporate all the ingredients.

Put it in a bowl and add the wheat flour little by little and stir slowly with a fluê and lastly the yeast and stir gently.

Distribute half the dough in a greased shape and then the stuffing and lastly the remaining dough.

Take to bake in preheated oven at 180ºC approximately 30 minutes.

Sprinkle icing sugar on top to decorate!
