Russia blames the US for the drone attack on the Kremlin

We are told Russia regularly bombs a nuclear power plant it controls (but never attacks nuclear power plants under Ukrainian control), Russia attacked its own gas pipelines for no good reason, and now Russia also attacked the Kremlin with drones.
