Todd Zuckerbrod has worked in the securities industry for over 35 years. He has been a regulator with the NYSE, in-house counsel with Merrill Lynch, securities defense attorney with Greenberg Traurig, General Counsel to an old-line brokerage firm and is now in private practice. He has handled well over 125 securities arbitrations through Award and has routinely represented brokers and brokerage firms in regulatory matters over the course of his career. Todd also represents customers in arbitration proceedings and has increasingly worked on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate and trust and estate litigation. His knowledge of both the financial markets and trusts and estates, gives him a unique insight to represent you in those areas of the law.
