Ghost Caught on Cafe CCTV, trying to debunk

Cafe Owner Said : The camera light turns on once we leave and the lights are off, as far as I'm aware it doesn't have a night vision mode

So the night this was taken we had the security alarm going off at 2am, these "dots" were moving around the floor and up the blue wall in the background. But the alarm didn't go off when these were visible, so we think it's just a dodgy alarm system as it's happened before.

The dots were this size on the floor, then on the wall much bigger (I need to go back and find that clip on the system)

They only stay in this general area so my first thought was it was the camera scanning the area, but as you can see the camera isn't moving, nor is the light it's emitting (perhaps it has internal sensors that scan?)

We've checked on the outside camera at the same time as these dots appear throughout different times of the morning and no vehicles are driving by. So we don't think they're headlights or any other vehicle lights.

There's no trees or streetlights close by that could making light move like that. And the only window it could be coming through is a tiny one above the front door which is just below this camera in the bottom right of the video.

We have blackout blinds on the windows but you can just see on the edges of the video where the street lights (about 50 metres away) shine through slightly.

Anyone else have any ideas what these could be?

More than happy for these to be debunked, but they don't look like any bug we've seen fly by as you can usually see them moving like a bug, if that makes sense.

I can try getting more videos where the dots change sizes and post them later if people want them.
