Join me and my friend Wendy in this leg day workout video where we demonstrate and teach you 3 machine exercises and 1 bodyweight finisher that are perfect for targeting your quads, hamstrings, and glutes without any free weights. These exercises are suitable for both girls and guys of all experience levels who want to strengthen and tone their lower body. Also, as always, a physical workout is great for both men and women wellness and women wellbeing.
First up is the lying hamstring curl machine, which is great for targeting your hamstrings. We'll demonstrate the proper form and technique for this exercise and show you how to modify it to challenge yourself.
Next, we'll move on to the seated leg extension machine, which is perfect for targeting your quads. We'll show you how to adjust the machine to fit your body and give you tips on how to perform the exercise correctly.
The third exercise is the single leg press machine, which is great for targeting both your quads and glutes. We'll show you how to perform this exercise correctly and give you tips on how to modify it to make it more challenging.
Finally, we'll finish off with bodyweight step ups, which is a great exercise for targeting your glutes and quads. We'll show you how to perform this exercise with proper form and explain how to modify it to make it more difficult.
