Skynet's 700 Million Cameras Watch Over China

China has installed more than 700 million facial recognition surveillance cameras, making up half of the world's total. The Chinese Central Bank's digital currency (CBDC) is linked to individuals' digital ID and facial recognition technology. Moreover, if a driver violates the speed limit, Skynet's cameras will automatically impose a fine and deduct the amount from the driver's bank account through their digital wallet.
