Shasta Mesa Pattern Fingerprints of Fraud

Excerpts of Jeffrey O'Donnell's "Fingerprints of Fraud Vol 1" are read aloud to the Shasta County Board of Supervisors. Three graphs from the report illustrate the Mesa Pattern of fraud in liberal and conservative counties alike (Shasta, Santa Cruz, and San Mateo). Vote skimming (from all counties) is used to achieve desired outcome in statewide totals.
