EPA's "Environmental Justice" Policy Undermines American Prosperity
Top news right now: During a Senate subcommittee hearing, EPA Administrator Michael Regan declared that "environmental justice" is in the agency's "DNA." Regan stated that disadvantaged communities and those who are disproportionately impacted would have access to the agency’s $27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund. The fund was authorized in the Inflation Reduction Act signed into law by President Joe Biden in August and provides up to 60 grants to states to expand solar energy projects in low-income or disadvantaged communities. However, the EPA's policies, under the guise of "environmental justice," are imposing a far-left, socialist agenda that is undermining American prosperity and wasting taxpayer money.
