What does it mean to fear the Lord?

Does the bible teach once saved always saved? Is this teaching causing people to enter idol worship? Do people steal, lie,commit adultery commit sexual perversion? Are there bible scriptures that teach that they which do these thing shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. This is end time there is a battle for truth.
