Why does my body hurt when I eat carbs? Too much sugar = inflammation. This achy feeling may appear as stiff joints, achy muscles, migraines just to name a few.
The human body contains approximately 5 liters of blood. Only needs 4 grams of sugar in the blood, which is less than a teaspoon of sugar!
Here's a simple equation to see how much sugar you are actually feeding your body. 4 grams of carbohydrates = 1 teaspoon of sugar in your body. Now check the label of the food you’re eating! Too much sugar = inflammation= pains, aches, plaque in arteries and more.
