JP Morgan just Acquired First Republic - Are We Witnessing a Collapse?

JP Morgan just took over First Republic Bank’s holdings - $90 billion in deposits and $173 billion in loans and $30 billion in securities making JPM the holder of 10% of all financial holdings in America.
Does this make JPM “too big to fail”?
If you had shares of First Republic in your retirement account… those are now worthless.
Could this be more of what we saw beginning in March?
Could it be just a propping up of the 2008 bailouts we saw? (Hint - the bailout was WAY more than $800 billion by the fed)
The US banking system is in huge problems with all the government over-spending, the trillions of dollars spent on the “War on Terror” in Afghanistan (which wasn’t about terror) and even MORE money supporting the Ukraine/Russia war, ie, money laundering.
The goal: Bankrupt the middle class and drive the wealth gap deeper so the poor beg for government assistance which they’ll be all too happy to offer in the form of CBDC (government backed digital currency), and we move into 15 minute cities (Jails), take their jabs and boosters, with any dissent squashed quickly by way of using the police force to rule the people with a heavy hand.
Problem = Reaction = Solution.
The deep state creates the very problems that we the people suffer in, beg for restoration and the government and ruling elite swoop in to save the day with a solution they’ve already prepared - which is the end game all along.
Maybe it’s time we wake up to the game and see the mind control we’re under in the form of physical toxins, mind control enter(train)ment, media and agendas…
Maybe we begin talking to each of their, listening, making plans?
Maybe MEN step up, set down the boyish ways and discuss what life would be like if we grew our own food, we’re more self reliant and formed peaceful tribes to thrive in.
