Ben Hur (1959) - The Death of Jesus Christ

As Jesus is crucified, Ben Hur recognizes him as the man who saved him by giving him water to drink earlier, while trying to offer comfort to an old man in the crowd, revealed to be one of the Wise Men, or Magi, who gave the young Jesus gifts when he was but a little child. Ben Hur is a 1959 film adapted from the Novel by Lew Wallace, published on November 12, 1880. The 1959 film was directed by William Wyler, produced by Sam Zimbalist, and starred Charlton Heston as the titular Judah Ben-Hur.
