12-year-old student from a middle school in Massachusetts was allegedly expelled for wearing a t-shirt that stated there are only two genders. Liam Morrison spoke before the Middleborough School Council on April 13 and recounted how he was asked to change his shirt but refused, resulting in his father having to pick him up from John T. Nichols Jr. Middle School the previous month. Morrison claimed that school officials cited complaints from other students who felt "unsafe" and believed that his attire was disrupting their education.
