मुरली मनोहर जोशी (Murli Manohar Joshi) एक भारतीय राजनेता हैं, जो भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भा.ज.पा.) के सदस्य हैं। उन्होंने भारतीय राज्यों में कई महत्वपूर्ण पदों पर कार्य किया है। जोशी ने भा.ज.पा. के साथ मध्य प्रदेश और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्यों में विभिन्न पदों पर नेतृत्व किया है।

उन्होंने 1996 में अपनी पहली विधानसभा चुनाव लड़ी और लखनऊ पश्चिम विधानसभा सीट से विजयी हुए। उन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश की संघीय मंत्रिमंडल में मानव संसाधन विकास और संसाधन मंत्री के रूप में नामित किया गया।

जोशी ने 1999 में भी लखनऊ पश्चिम सीट से विधानसभा चुनाव जीता और उत्तर प्रदेश की संघीय मंत्रिमंडल में मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री के रूप में बने।
