Sol-Ark 15k Software issue?

In this video I discuss the first issue I’ve had with the Sol-Ark 15k. The Sol-Ark 15k went into an F34 AC overload alarm for no apparent reason. Sol-Ark answered the phone immediately and updated the software for me and said that should no longer be an issue.
