Me, an Olympic bronze medalist boxer tries Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training for 30 days experiencing takedowns, submissions and had a sparring fight at the end. In this martial arts you have to be closed most of the time to your opponent and I am not used to that because in boxing we maintain distance for defense.
