Testifying at the National Citizens Inquiry, Dr. Cockle makes the shocking statement that the a recent bill rushed through the British Columbia legislature, Bill-36, allows for legislation to be brought in, literally copy/pasted, from other jurisdictions, such as the nation of Switzerland, but even more alarmingly, it can be brought in from rule making bodies like the WEF & the WHO.
