God is not a God of child sacrifice. In testing Abraham (Genesis 22) God also revealed the difference between worshipping him and the other gods. Those gods demanded child sacrifice.
Demons thirst for human blood.
Our world is still filled with gods in the form of ideologies and institutions making way for child sacrifice.
