Farewell to the Bolt EV: GM's Latest Announcement

GM is planning to discontinue Bolt EV and Bolt EUV by the end of 2023. In a recent announcement, General Motors revealed that they will be discontinuing their beloved Bolt EV model. This news has come as a shock to many eco-conscious drivers who were thrilled with the Bolt's impressive range and advanced features. GM is spending $4 billion to overhaul the Bolt plant for production of electric Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups starting in 2024.
