Bakersfield City Council working towards city's affordable housing goals

The Bakersfield City Council recently voted to adopt a resolution regarding an affordable housing financing and incentive plan for the city. The plan was designed to address the city's challenges with creating additional affordable housing. 23ABC's Breanna Polk spoke with Bakersfield Vice Mayor and Ward 2 Councilman Andrae Gonzales about the city's progress.
