Your External Saboteur is your Inner Reflection

Life is a movie 🎥🎞. We are both the writer and director, however, everyone outside of us just so happens to be the actors who are holographically reflecting back to us the hidden unconscious parts of ourselves. When we feel hurt or pain coming from our hired actors, one way to maintain our personal power is to ask ourselves the question “What is it within me that I have allowed to be in my script that the other me is acting out on?” Is it time to re-write your script?🤔
